here's my brother in the bunny suit, it must have been when it was new. this is in the old house, where we lived from i was born till i turned 13. that's my mum in the mirror taking the photo. (david's three years older than me)
Some photos i took of Ellen last christmas, on slidefilm which i got developed as prints. the bunnysuit used to be my brother's, and then mine, when we were kids, my mum made it. we were both very tall children though, which explains why ellen can almost fit in it. when we grew my mother made it bigger by sewing on extra white sleeves, and the black parts at the end of the legs. i have a great photo of my brother in the suit, i might try to find that.
the glasses and asthma medication are all Ellen's own.
When we were younger, me and my brother David each got a simple compact camera from Nanna, our grandmother. i don't know what happened to mine, but i found David's a little while back and took it since he doesn't have any interest in it. There was a film in it which i got developed. Most of the photos were completely gray, but there was this one great shot of me and David in the local amusement park (Kongeparken). I must've been about 11 which makes him about 14 in this photo. i wish i still looked like this.
(or maybe twelve, but i was always very tall) with an uncle and aunt, and my brother David in his Gunnar Solskjær t-shirt, which i now have. it's one of my favourite t-shirts.
I dreamt I went to a Slayer concert last night, I went with my brother, and it was out in the countryside somewhere. It was very unorganised, but we needed ID to validate our tickets, I had for some reason not brought a wallet or keys or phone or anything so we had to sneak in. Then later on I think I was with Anja instead of my brother and we were in our seats. It was being held in a large stadium, or possibly a gigantic tent set up like a stadium on the inside. We were sitting on the mezzanine/balcony which was built entirely out of wood, and it was swaying really ominously, we were talking about how bad it might get when Slayer came on. They played two songs I didn't know, then "Imperial Bodybags" (a Manic Street Preachers song), and during that the side of the tent started coming down on top of us. The mezzanine started coming apart and a girl behind me just fell straight through it, I didn't see what happened to her. The entire thing collapsed, but we got out somehow.
After that we went around looking for Slayer t-shirts. A guy at a stand took me up to an apartment to look at his posters, I tried to tell him how great the soundtrack to "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me" is, and then he sold me a green polo shirt with frogs on it, I didn't realise what it was/how ugly it was 'til I was paying for it. Actually Anja paid for it, I hadn't brought money. I remember seeing some stand selling Slayer bathmats.
