i made this in school

in 2007. the project was to create some kind of room to a set scale, and then photograph it to produce the most realistic looking photos of it. i made everything except the bed and the cabinet (minus the contents), i painted and sawed it and bled on it.

here's what the model itself looked like, and at the bottom are everyone's models and mine. i posted these back when i made it, but i came across them today and though it was pretty cool, in a fun kind of way anyway. i'm working a lot more on sculpture/ready-made/model stuff right now, so i guess it's fitting. in my head anyway, maybe not in yours, since you've hardly seen that stuff. okay:

compact digital camera.

david, thanks so much, and thank you a million for your mail. i am answering it, though delayed, as i am wont. x

wolf, i saw the tag thingies on pisycaca's blog, some new blogger feature it seems. i thought it was smart and potentially funny. though turned out you can only have a maximum of three options, i had quite a list lined up which ended up as those three there.

wolfy, man, can you believe it's been near four years since our "souls" first comingled or whatever? double scratch behind the ears.
