i did a few months back. i really have hardly done any painting, i used to be sort of terrified of it actually, so bear that in mind. it started out okay, but i just couldn't stop in time. it's a little bigger than A4, acrylic paint.

Jonny and I and some other pals were at a great art show on the south coast yesterday, and we said to each other how much we thought you would have liked it. I'll show you the catalogue next time you're in the neighbourhood :)
thanks chris. it actually looks better here than in reality. i guess i'm not crazy about it because it started out kinda promisingly, but i couldn't stop "fixing" more and more, so it ended a bit of a mess. i'm not at all secure about painting yet, so that's a thing too. but thank you.
aw, i envy you. what was the show? that link you mailed was immense by the way. xx
That exhibition we saw is reviewed here (though we saw it in Bexhill, not Cambridge; I already saw it in Cambridge but it was even better in Bexhill -- more room, and right by the sea!)
